The Mission Springs Water District Engineering Department is responsible for providing water infrastructure project management, water facilities planning and design, water resources planning, environmental compliance, construction management, and inspection, utilizing a highly skilled professional staff. The team supports the needs of local developers by issuing permits, planning checks, and inspections, and overseeing the construction of all new capital and private development water and sewer projects in our service district.
They also manage the District’s Geographical Information Systems (GIS) network and ensure compliance with the district’s pretreatment/source control program.
The Engineering Department strives to develop innovative and prudent capital improvement projects through facility master planning and asset management allowing MSWD to provide reliable and efficient infrastructure.
