Mission Springs Water District is currently in the planning stages of a Supplemental Environmental Project (SEP) that will transition a select number of single and multifamily homes currently on septic to the central wastewater system.
Under the terms of the SEP agreement, MSWD will pay for and coordinate the septic abatement of select septic systems and cover the associated connection fees. An estimated value of at least $4,500.
Eligible property owners must submit a signed copy of the Right of Entry Form and a Sewer Agreement Form.
These documents can be returned in one of three ways:
1) Mail them back to MSWD
2) Drop them off in the MSWD Night Drop Box
3) Scan or photograph them and email them to mchampion [at] mswd.org
MSWD is currently creating a wait list of eligible properties for the program.
To be placed on the waitlist, you will need the property owner’s signature on the enclosed Right of Entry Form and Sewer Agreement Form. Properties will be placed on the waitlist in the order in which the District receives the completed forms.
